Forge 301 – Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on location and package size.

  • Tracking: All shipments include tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (customs may delay delivery)

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at christian@forge301.com to initiate a return.

    2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back.

    3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products, including custom engineering services, cannot be returned.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Warranty

  • Coverage: All Forge 301 products are warranted against manufacturing defects or breakage for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered:

    • Structural failure or breakage under normal use

    • Defective materials or workmanship

  • What’s Not Covered:

    • Damage from misuse, modification, or abuse

    • Normal wear and tear

  • Claim Process:

    1. Contact us at christian@forge301.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.

    2. Our team will review and provide a replacement or repair instructions if eligible.
